life is getting more and more difficult as his health deteriorates and my husband and I are absolutely exhausted with the burden of the majority of his care each day. But he refuses any extra professional care as he says he cannot afford it. Yes, he can. I am getting sick and have a number of health issues that are caused by stress. So, what is the answer?

PS Any advice would be gratefully received.
