the first personal fall alarm for him didn't work out as he refused to use it so you wait a few weeks and then buy him a different type. But this time you get his morning carer to present it to him and explain how it works. So you don't have to get involved for hours of anguish trying to explain it to 'he who refuses to listen or try to understand' as he does not want to use it. He would get all wound up and that would trigger moi and it just would not be a harmonious situation. The carer does not come with all the historical baggage and so does not listen to his antagonism. She was in and out of that lounge in ten minutes. He has worn it since. That is only 24 hours but that is definitely a win!
