...someone phones his landline and he answers but can't hear them as his TV is too loud so he gets frustrated and just shouts angrily at the caller. [Instead of finding the remote and turning down the TV.]

Apologies but I am always relieved it isn't me being shouted at for once. It still gets my stomach churning though.
